- Na Europa e Estados Unidos o Técnico de Imobilização Ortopédica -TIO tem uma atuação mais abrangente, confeccionando imobilizações gessadas com uso de gesso convencional e sintético e também com materiais como termoplástico, confecção de órteses de gesso sintético com uso de técnicas convencionais e também técnicas modernas como gesso CombiCast, Rigidez Focada e Gesso Funcional., Além de também atuarem na instrumentação em cirurgia ortopédica. O que podemos tomar de exemplo na formação de nossa categoria aqui no Brasil?
- O que tem sido feito em prol do fortalecimento dos Técnicos de Imobilizações Ortopédicas – TIO’s no Brasil?
- O que falta para regulamentação chegar? Porque ainda não conseguimos?
- Qual as ações que estão programadas para chegarmos a tão sonhada regulamentação?
