Encontra-se em andamento no STF o julgamento de uma ação que busca a definição do índice mais adequado a essa correção monetária. O INPC ou o IPCA, por exemplo, são índices de ganho mais vantajosos, aumentando o poder de compra dos depósitos do FGTS.
